...rs which is not in good condition and Bisleri water for all Manager and above. -New Joiner/Employess himself has to open Salary Account by visiting IDBI Branch where it takes 2-3 visites for account opening. - HR dept is very cruel during corona because lot of staff was positive and Manager sandeep Surywanshi says do medical treatment as yourself own later on all employee forced to them for treatment. -HR staff not updates attendance, leaves & over time properly that creates lot of salary deduction. -Monthly canteen deduction is 1200 Rs, limited food, canot take extra food and if you not present still amount get deducted from salary. -Union workers having only 400 Rs. of canteen deduction and unlimited food. -Every month salary deductions related issues, Mediclaim facility not includes mother & father, and maternity bill not included in mediclaim, -Some departments 12 Hours Duty compulsory for all staff. -Union workers only having 9 hours duty and not having any pressure. -Promotions are conditional after 3 years and not for all.

There is freedom to work and the coordination between the departments for any related work is very good and job security also good.

Dislikes

... no provision and policy for accidental insurance etc. There is no bonus system. The salary structure is not good for the fresher candidates as per their qualification.

Perticular in my division, all the marketing activities are religion centric... All work done at last minute rush.. no proper planning and main thing No guidance from Marketing Manager.. running the division like dictator.

No promotions 3 yrs internal employees with 2 years sales performance eligible for level next promotion. Is fake. False commitments to customers
