I am work technical department and also I know.now my continuing training.In this company salary is not to be sufficient for me working area also good learning and experience continue for develop me.
Rules and formulation change daily.Goal is not standing ,changeing every month.so very sincerely work done here by me.I have no lazyness any new formulation work.I also manage everything and everyday

Higher management is very unorganised with unprofessional behaviour.They humiliate each and every employee.HR policy is just show off. Specially for female,this organisation is not safe.
The appraisals are upon face value and who can demean who more. No good idea is every entertained. Your skills and experience doesn't matter. You should do what u a told to do. Even if you know it's not gonna work you are forced to keep quiet.
Nothing is Good about it. Only Politics, Buttering & Oiling works here. Higher management itself encourage on internal politics among staffs. Few Babus are there looting company through cash back from vendor & ordering substandard products! Customers are paying hefty considering product quality & staffs are not getting industry standard Salary.

This people are not corporate & can't ever be! They can't make their ground level employees happy! Starting from GM HR to Sales Head to DGM all they resorted to do is "CHAPLUSI" ITS LIKE "Hirok Rajar Deshe" kind of environment here.
