Team mates are good, till now I didn't believe that there is my growth in this company, salary wise it's too poor,we can manage our life but we can't save money,and confirmation period is too long😏

Company gave us time to time leave on national holiday and food facilities are too good

...ecause one who diploma holder or graduate and then he was moping and sweeping. The main things that the promotion are very poorly and salary increasement too. The supervisor and line leader was full of attitude (because they are owner of company 😀) they said work fastly and achive target. we are humen not machine. Joining of company is contractual basic not permanently after 3 years and 1 year experience then you will eligible for permanent .

Good teammates.,taining skill work, permanent job, career is well, salary wise not satisfied, travel in under 30km,working environment not excellent but ok

Best Japanese company that worked, which have advance automotive technology for 4w OEMs where you can develop your skills enhance your knowledge. no politics good team.

By being in top 10 automotive supplier salary slab is good not up the expectation.

Good work environment and culture . Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

There is a lot of poltics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.
