No benefit on extra sales figure and they deduct part of our salary on the name of variable pay and try deduct amount as much they can by giving various reasons and think to make fool not known at the time of joining

Worst experience in this company. No proper management for problem solution. Salary are not given on time. They only want to rule there employees only

...unts job . Accounts department only hiring for casuals . Nops a onroll employee. Casuals are not suitable for package.

Its was good but now from recent year everything is changed people in administrative staff are corrupted.job security is zero.

...ason...they don't really care how much of your life you spent for the company...this company can give you high salary but that won't matter if your life gets crashed due to its work culture... Wise advise:- Find somewhere else to work do not waste your life here
