AIS glass is one of the best company in some of the verticals like Auto, Float glass but very pathetic in processed division mainly Taloja plant... marketing practices very aggressive,job security very good.

Dislikes

Old people are very dominating with outdated approach,cannot expect professional growth if you are not located at head office specially in processed division.Rest every thing is superb...HR practices one of the best...but controlled by Old people....new ideas and concepts not accepted by old guys.
