As compared to other tier-II companies, it is one of the best company. The working atmosphere is very nice and a lot of training and personality development courses are carried out for the employees. It is not like other private companies where there are issues regarding career growth and development is not systematic, one can compare it with a government job. If one is having the thoughts of a 9-5 job in mind then this is not the company. Of course, the situation is much worse in other companies like in Amazon but in AIS also it is not much satisfying. The salary initially is very low as compared to the hardcore recruitment process one has to go through. But as I have said earlier, the career growth is good in the long run.
