I personally recommend to join AIS if you you want to be a slave, department head doesn’t even care if any of the team members fall sick, any casulty happens with anyone, either you are already giving your 200%, but not enough for them. A guy with so much ego and bossy nature only he is right not open for ideas, no space for your personal life and well being, forgot your family.
