He may deduct Salary for any reason and you can't guess the reason. 7. The shift changes every week. Totally destroys the routine of an individual. No fix time for bathing, eating, sleeping.

Everything is awesome in asahi india glass,and growth is slow , but benifit and compensation is low, work pressure doesn't matter if you are happy with the job, also I am not in company roll , I am not satisfied with the work , and also hering a job ,

I am having not so bad time in ais...but there is very average standard job satisfaction and salary amount.... actually all I want is the work fild experience certificate...
