Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. Startup is a place where you can be a Jack of all the trades but master of none. AirProbe is not a place where you can learn new things by the company professionals they expect you to come with knowledge and share it with them so that they can make use of it and chuck you out. There is no scope of career progression. They have a centralized organization which means everything unless approved by the owner of the company can't be implemented. They also have a regular practice of hiring new employees in ever 6 months. They mention a variable component in the contract which as per contract will be reviewed and rewarded in 6 months but they have no scale to measure the performance and since they chuck people out before completion of 6th month they will never require it as well.
