Work Details

I was the first employee to join AirProbe. I have mainly worked towards software development. My role was Deep Learning and Computer Vision Engineer. I have built and deployed several DL and CV solutions for drone-based images.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Startup is a place where you can be a Jack of all the trades but master of none. AirProbe is not a place where you can learn new things by the company professionals they expect you to come with knowledge and share it with them so that they can make use of it and chuck you out. There is no scope of career progression. They have a centralized organization which means everything unless approved by the owner of the company can't be implemented. They also have a regular practice of hiring new employees in ever 6 months. They mention a variable component in the contract which as per contract will be reviewed and rewarded in 6 months but they have no scale to measure the performance and since they chuck people out before completion of 6th month they will never require it as well....Read More

Work Details

There was no off ever. They expect employees to work on weekends and even on festivals and government holidays. They also have no policy of work timing. One should start working at 9 am and work till their work gets completed.

The learning curve is pretty steep. Helping the COVID situation by letting us WFH

No work culture, no worklife balance, they don't even recognize you forb good work let alone compensating it
