Relatively low pay and slow growth. Boring and monotonous work. Good for people who want to settle in the career with slow growth and less learnings

No work life balance at all, no growth opportunities, high toxic culture, while organisation permits work from home, the teams are not flexible & expect everyone to be in office everyday

Manager’s expectations are unrealistic - Some of managers are there only because of excellent English( technically 0) - No career growth
