We are getting our salary in this pandemic as well, Thanks to the management for this. ...... the upper management is good, like the C.E.O, The HR Head, I have seen and observed that they really listen to staff's concerns and feedback and always come up with a fair judgement.

1. partiality at station. mental harassment. asking for written explanation from staff by few duty officers on small small errors. The upper management is sometimes not even aware what's happening at station. people are afraid to lose their job hence they stay quiet and keep tolerating everything. 2. We got only 18 AL per year. people who are from outstation and who are married and staying away from family, need to visit often to their home. hence, should increase the leaves. 3. Too many online trainings after covid, i understand that management want us too keep ourself updated with all the SOP'S and want us to achieve our best results, hence they are conducting these C.A.T trainings. But In this pandemic, too many people have bear losses, and are in very bad mental health, we may not come and share everything here at workplace, but everyone needs mental support in this tough time. and these trainings were impacting our health, physical as well as mental. usage of electronics all day has very bad impact on our health.
