Work life is not good No proper planning of rosters Staff donno if the applied leaves are approved or not We won’t know what will my shift tmrw till today afternoon or evening. Basically if u are trying to join army but u didn’t get selected…. Then join AirAsia 😂 This is for ppl who are married- Get ready for everyday fights with your wife as you wont get proper time to spend with your family😂

...tment is pathetic here. Senior level leadership is average and not really great. compensation is okay. Travel benefits as an employee is an added advantage.

High level of Internal politics and favoritism with utterly poor work life balance. career growth and learning needs major improvement.

No anual increment in salary until my designation gets changed and all experienced candidates wil get the same salary (Like if you get 2,3,6 & even 10 years experience also you will get the same salary)

Management inequality between Male n female co workers ,no opportunity for female staff,no chance is given for career growth to prove themself, making changes in shift pattern no prior information making difficult to work at their allocations.

Sick leave 12 we have for name sake I take 1 sick leave 2000/- deduction on salary if took 2 sick leave 4000/- if we took 3 sick leave in 3 months then 8000/- complete gone.
