timings is very bad, 10 hrs a day for 6 days a week is too much for the salary that they offer, no paid sick leaves, no work from home, no proper fecilities in office, no government holidays or for any festivals what so ever, and stupid morning meetings are compulsory. 30 min lunch break in full day

Hi there is no dislike anything but the working hrs more but at the same time company pay very good.

I love that we have a purpose for working. People can work here only if they are passionate about the mission. My work is to spread the message of Eternal happiness through enlightenment to the world. One of the vertical is Humanitarian Homes where more than 800 destitute are treated everyday. A temple with Shiva statue that comes to life at Monday night Arti. I also love my team who is supportive and is willing to achieve more each day.

Dislikes

Like every other office, this place also have people who play dirty politics and would be more than glad to take away credits and judge you for things that has nothing to do with work. The holidays could be more flexible and streamlined.

Likes

This company giving life to poor people. Helping them to stand there feet. I liked very much.

Dislikes

No festival holidays only weekly off and 1 causal leave is there. If they provide Saturday off it will be good for creative people need rest. 10 hours working.
