... politics and the management doesnt address our issues. They never listen to us. You have to wirk with minimum salary and no growth at all. And there is bond of three years if you have to resign you have ti serve 3 months notice period otherwise you will have yo pay your three month salary.

...r start up of career. Teammates are supportive and the management is very worst. Can't see any growth for future no hike in salaries. They give a bonus once in a year.

Everything thingbisbokay apart from partiality..there is a religious politics played by higher to lower authorities and management doesn't address our issues. Anyhow the salaries are very low People working for 8to 10years are still working low pay. There is a bond of 3 years before which you cannot resign. Higher authorities underestimate and pressurized to the lower one.. that's the culture of AISATS. Now, coming to the transport very worst facilities provided by company pick-up from point.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Sats is good ground handling in india.it is handling many international airlines.if u want to join and learn something from aviation sats is best for further growth in aviation field

This company is good for start up career in the field of Aircraft line maintenance. In this job new Headset person is only responsible for Arrival and Departure procedures by that Headset technician is getting confidence to interact Capitan of any region and mentality. They can learnt so many Line maintenance engineering safety as well as working norms. I being there in sats for 07 years. And I had learnt alot for my future.

...d of person, who can talk with management for your safety, operational opinions. Salary will be less then your expectations after doing your engineering in Relevant field. Can get disturbance by rosters, management and operators side. Finally Headset person won't be get any Experience certificate mention that you are working for Airlines engineering which is effecting future scopes in other airlines because Airindia Sats is a Ground support company and in Any Airlines same work which Headset technician is performing here will be done by engineering.
