... politics and the management doesnt address our issues. They never listen to us. You have to wirk with minimum salary and no growth at all. And there is bond of three years if you have to resign you have ti serve 3 months notice period otherwise you will have yo pay your three month salary.

I like the way employees togetherness and the senior employees who help in knowing the doubtful things and teach in a understable manner

Politics is there which is to be stopped and the salary is average and benefits are all below average which need to be improved
