Show off a lot that they are a good company. But these are confidence sucker, demotivating, they were having no humanity. Don't trust their own staff, but all work to be done by same staff. Mental harrassment is too much. Supervisor call you even when you are on leave. Top management only listen to your manager, they won't concern about you. If you were not satisfied you may leave. My suggestion please don't join vistara.

Not talking about growth but compensation is not good.required a female supervisor also for approachable disscution for girls and should be a 8 hours shift only because maximum time staff continue their shift more than 8 hours without any overtime charge.
