They provide very little salary and put employees on contract and never increase salary when u ask for increament then management directly says if u r not comfortable on this salary then u can go.

...ill become worst because u will never get increament, i am already working from last 5 years on same salary of 30000.

Travelling and visiting different places wasa part of this job. Explored so many countries and cultures around the globe. Mesmerizing experience overall

I want to make a clarification regarding the annual pay of cabin crew in Air India as given here, which is completely false. Their annual pay sums up to only around 2.5 lakhs maximum and their monthly pay with normal flying hours does not even reach ₹25,000. They’(Air India) are literally exploiting and taking advantage of their hardworking employees who can’t even submit a single complaint or raise their voice regarding their pay. Atleast I hope through this they’ll have a better shot at getting their pay raised. WORST AIRLINE EVER FOR THEIR EMPLOYEES( CABIN CREW)

The era of de merged entities viz Indian airlines and airindia had different culture which is no more in existence,the only attraction or greed is free passages

For last more than 20 years no pay revision once a glamorous and charming job has lost many of its plus points

...agement is transparent .there is hug cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling . Company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

There is a lot of polities and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign on the job training is not given to new joiness
