Work-life in head office Gurgaon will be awesome but in operating stations only good things are trainings deputations and hotel accommodation.

Dislikes

Low Salary Slow growth Working in operating stations is very difficult as shifts are uncomfortable irregular and rotational shifts. Roster is too bad like hours of working exceeds 58 hrs per week with single weekoffs. Too much pressure and stressful too much partiality and favourism in giving leave's and favourism in allocations and manpower shortage.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 3 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

1. Salary is paid on time. 2. If you know someone in the top level, then you will be recruited without interview or promoted without much issue. 3. If you are from spicejet or ex-Jet Airways you will get job easily.

5 days in office policy. Poor work culture in many teams. Too much politicking happening between the Gurgaon / Kochi teams. Incompetent upper management when it comes to employee morale. Beyond useless HR. No proper roadmaps for product development, way too many things are driven based on the day to day whim of the CTO.
