I couldn't even think of any positives in this company.

Dislikes

The company does not have a vision or a roadmap, no culture. Need to follow-up on your Salary. Neither the HR nor the top management bothers to give an update on the company's progress or Salary delays. They are least bothered about people and processes. Joining this company is putting yourself at high risk.

Dislikes

The Owners/Management are fraudsters. They default your monthly salary. Even after exiting (over a year back), you're dues are not settled. They cheat you on your tax deduction too. They don't pay you're deducted tax amount to the government, as a result of which at the time of filing ITR, you end up paying the whole amount plus a penalty. Even that amount is not refunded. Working for these guys will incur you a huge financial loss.
