Ailoitte is great place for people egar to work and learn. The company's culture is very optimistic towards hardworking employees. Company's size might be small in terms of number of employees but the positive attitude of the management is encouraging towards all employees whether experienced or fresher. Management ensures to appericate its employees and provide meaningful work experience.

Some of the employees are working remotely while others have to work in hybrid model.
