You are expected to work all seven days if the project is in its final stages or at a critical peak. 8. This company is not ideal for women. Those who are here have likely experienced the intense office politics, know how to navigate and play tactics, or are simply hoping for the best. If you decide to join this company, do so only to gain skills and experience. Do not expect any support or benefits from management, as it is rife with politics at its highest level.
