Toxic work culture, Poor management. They will expect you to work till 03:00 AM in the morning and at the end of the qtr, they will provide the small party to boost moral :) what a joke. If you don't care about physical and mental health, feel free to join this company.

One of the best AI companies in India, I was blessed to be part of this company from the early days. One of the few companies in the world, that are building at the intersection of AI and satellites and are profitable. Engineering & R&D wise, one can find complex problems unseen before, which ultimately helps in pushing the technical capabilities of a person. Top Talent in Engg, Sales & Marketing, etc. The culture is nice, parties every quarter, trips to top locations across India, and maybe to foreign locations in the near future. You get food and every other facility that helps you in giving your best every day. 100% sure Aidash is going to do NASDAQ, IPO in next 3-4 years.

favourism of manager, no upskilling, same work and working overtime no extra payment and for increment tells poor perfomance. more hours of work. no work life balance. no skill enhancement or nothing in gis skill will be improved. gis is not there purely.

1.Management is utterly poor, 2.They do all kind of politics 3. HR team specially head of HR Tanvee is absolutely the worst , she is most double face Person, She seems very nice on your face and then do all kind of politics behind your back and specially she has agenda against Muslim folks, many a times I referred some Muslim folks to Tanvee and they are not getting selected even though they being perfect fit , I connected with few folks on TA team. They informed me that she doesn’t want Muslim folks in the office.

At times (very rare) if there is a critical deliverable pending for the client, things can get busy but it happens rarely so it's okay! Apart from that everything is good.
