Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

They don't have management team or any planning to work. They don't know how to assign task and how Web developer works, how to treat developer to complete thr work as the company don't have any single IT skilled person who can lead team. They higher fresher ladies to fulfill thr personal and physical requirements only. If they don't find that lady according to thr need then they start torturing and harassing

Dislikes

They just higher female employees to fulfill thr physical and personal requirements and if you are not compatible with that then they start torturing and harassing. This is not only single case thr are many. One comment can be wrong but multiple can't be wrong..work culture me all employees are good but only owner is problem.
