One of the worst place or company for IT. Salary for IT executive in this company less than a office boy and the work pressure like Project Incharge. Not only salary you didn't get more respect than a sweeper. But you have to be punctual, be active.

The working capacity of employees is not seen monitoring in this company management & the company management officials discriminate & discriminate among employees those who are incharge of the company's executives their increment or promotion is not good or the work of other hardworking employees is ignored or they are not even promoted. Their qualification are ignored even by the headoffice and they are not promoted despite their work profile qualifications.

The higher management wants to establish a safety culture, but at the site level, each Site Incharge assigns different tasks. They often ask the safety team to perform tasks like barricading, ensuring access, and other responsibilities that are supposed to be observed by the safety team. However, as per the company's SOP, these operational roles are meant for someone else.

Present HSE policy of company - safe work environment 4. Training program - for enhancement of quality for engineers and labours as well
