One of the worst place or company for IT. Salary for IT executive in this company less than a office boy and the work pressure like Project Incharge. Not only salary you didn't get more respect than a sweeper. But you have to be punctual, be active.

Too much of internal politics. Seniors are desperate to steal credit from Junior employees. Very poor work ethics and environment. No transparent management policy. I have been working since last one year and still can't get HR Policy despite multiple requests.

They often ask the safety team to perform tasks like barricading, ensuring access, and other responsibilities that are supposed to be observed by the safety team. However, as per the company's SOP, these operational roles are meant for someone else.
