...t 6. Many times facing Bad experience from Tech team and administration 7. No employee satisfaction to relate with salary and work 8. Not revising salary as per market value for internal employees 9. Without one to one discussion directly salary increment will give even without intimation and doing late for that also. 10. Management will not satisfy even we show 200% also 11. Always will discuss about work even doing correct but coming to discussion about salary part the management will go so far. 13. No gifts/sweets for festivals.

Good environment to work. Friendly colleagues, team leads and managers. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give incentives based on our work and our learning curve will be very high

Dislikes

The basic salary is not upto the mark and the career growth is a bit slow
