I wasn't been able to do as good work as I used to do in my notice period, but I received good understanding.

Growth is linear and salary hike is low, asks to work on weekends, asks to work beyond our working hours, found myself in a comfort zone where there is no challenges in work.

Need to work on hiring right candidates, frequent changes on certain projects causes issues. Please check possibilities of internal promotion than hiring mama from outside!
