There is nothing to like in this company. Such a below belt company. I mean individuals don't need any kind of college degree or special certification to work here. Worst company i would say. No system works beyond 2 week. Full day meetings and zero working.

The Company offers a permanent work from home setup, which is convenient. However, I fell that transitioning to a hybrid model would enhance collaboration and allow me to interact with colleagues in person, making work even more engaging and motivating.
