Working hrs is flexible and Culture is good.
Dislikes
There is no growth on this and no pay job security, behavior of seniors is very rude and there is lot of favoritism, increment of 5% to 10% in appraisal,
Company shifts to multiple locations in 1 year so there are a lot of problems.
...5) There is no planning to run a supply, only working in just-in-time method.
6) No career growth and salary growth.
7) Working on sunday is very common.
If you are ready to work for 12 hours then go for yhis company. Rest culture is like startup where you have to do things on your own. Also be ready for PIPs if you don’t perform so job security is not there. Even for team leaders
