Managment is very poor in case of any injury or accident company can't support you, salary is not on time, fuel expenses first paid by employee than after three to four month company will pay you and not paid full amount of expenses because of company track u by mobile network if there is no network at your site fuel expenses will be cut, If you are unemployed than can be join otherwise it is not safe place only time pass Your team met co worker and manager will not happy

compensation is decent growth is slow and its depend on one person not a system .

Bcoz a person Alok Jain he is hold a position of AGM in the company and his behaviour like a supervisor. He doesn't have values, unethical,He is a very arrogant creature. In short सेठ तो महान है चमचों से परेशान है।। something like that😂

Salary is decent but career grow is very high only hardworking employees and Company MD sb direct monitor of employee progress.. MD sb is very familiar .
