No Hike, and no on-time salary. have to extend our shift have to login on weekends. and no job security and bad work culture and we have to keep pushing the HR to get the F & F amount.

There is nothing to like about this company. Worst Company with zero job security. They can lay of any one at any time, if they do not have business.

This is the worst company I have ever worked for in my career. This startup has the worst culture for employees. They have a habit of laying off employees with only five minutes' notice, often giving invalid reasons. Only fresh graduates and very needy individuals might join this company, but it will be difficult for them to survive even for six months. Will suggest whoever wants to join to stay at home instead getting into this mess.

The Company Culture & Management is Very Good & Helpful, But Discipline is first & foremost here, You need to be present atleast 5 mins before the Start of Working hours, Company is making excellent growth opportunities

Dislikes

As I said, Discipline is first & foremost, I got 2 Memos being for 15 mins late only. Rest the Pay & Work life Balance is good, Ideal 9 hours working, Time: 10:00 to 7:00, No dislikes as such.

Lots, management itself is incompetent, they only know how to exploit and then fire at their will. Founder is totally an unsecured person, who overnight changes courses and take jobs at his will, without even paying employee dues.
