....)Rarely you will get help from seniors. Except some of good seniors as well 9.) No sync in between salary for employees as per experience. Someone with high experience nd more responsibilities getting very less someone with less responsibilities and less experience getting very high here 10.) During notice period they will hold salary from the day you resigned. Settlement also as per them is 45 days . 11.)After coming from office mostly need to support from home also, even on weekends and no compoff 12.) You will not get leave even if you have leave balances.

Great learning opportunities, good work environment and culture. People are supportive. Lots of celebrations.

Sometimes work life is not balanced (based on projects). Salary is not competitive and career growth is slow.

... handed over 3-4 projects at the same time giving me only 1 team member to work. Always deadlines and very high expectations with very low salary. Still I was fine as I was prepared for all the challenges during work but Micromanagement in this company is worst. They will keep nagging you on silly things like you went for toilet and if they will see you are offline then sometimes they gonna ask you questions. Even you will have meeting with your manager in which you need to answer all these silly questions. But somehow I keep doing work for 11 months in March I was expecting very good appraisal but they fired me and my team member in February. Very cheap move by management and they even asked me to write an email for resignation. My manager was so unprofessional and used to do so much partiality. During this period I felt myself always stressed because of all these factors. 1. Micromanagement 2. Favourism 3. Work on weekends for 3 months no comp off given 4. No appreciation 5. No Job Security

Salary issues were there only in year 2018-2019 only. Since the beginning of year 2020, salary gets disbursed by 30th/31st of same month end without delay. Also old staff who continued with them during down phase also get their good appraisal in year 2020. Agnity has come back to his old form now, with lots of fun at workplace, currently all staff working from home and hiring on the trend, also some of our old staff rejoined us back because of technology and growth in Agnity and supportive Senior Management.

Nothing is negative about Agnity. Good supportive environment.
