Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

You can learn here by yourself about fire alarm control system, if you are fresher. Do not give more than 6 month time here .

Dislikes

Salary issues, expenses issues, you will be get your 1st salary 15 days late and from 2nd to every month Will get late salary appx 35 days late. You Will be treated as a gulaam/servant here. They will say you for 8 hour working time, but after join , will be serve 12-13 hour working other vise they will not give you salary. My and other couligeues experience is very bad at our time. They will not give your full payment, when you will left this company.
