...CEO (husband) and Chief of staff (wife) office. You are an enemy if you resign..they will do everything possible not to pay you. They will blame you for things you never did and never respond to your messages or calls if you want clarity. They even changed my performance rating from 5 which was given in writing by the CEO almost 6 months back to 2.5 during my notice just because they didn't want to pay my pending bonus...

Mohali as a base location is too nice to stay mainly because of the pleasant weather and greenery.

Dislikes

...h they have changed by now and stopped treating employees like slave labour. Their idea is pretty interesting and innovative, to be honest, but lacked implementations and toxic management is a bonus.

Technology is defunct. CEO and CoS don't spend time to improve the technology, rather focus on narrative, interviews, building culture, online marketing and raising funds. CTO is based in Mohali, lack of big talent.

management is very bad, every one just looking to find weak point instead of dedication toward company. no one going to listen you if you have no strong connection with higher management mainly CTO.

Team mates are good they always help to build good product and work hard with you. But there is no job security, management is not even professional and using offensive language while dealing the events. worst people is in higher management including CTO, and there is lot of community issue.
