...yees. The burden can be seen on employees. Forced work from office is initiated. Salary hike has been stopped and there is no hope for employee growth. There is no freedom to switch position or upgrade. You have to work based on their requirement. Note: 1. Salary will be deducted, if project delivery is delayed or not up to mark. 2. There are important so called Lead personals in the organization, they will micromanage/juggle you with their own necessity. 3. Never sign a bond, if you still want to join the organisation. 0 out of 10.

For freshers this is a good company to learn more stuffs

They didn’t give proper appraisal for employees working on this company for years. But they will give more money to the employees for new joiners. There is no wrk life balance. They will ask to complete more no of tasks within EOD. They will give escalations

Learning is good but you have to work like anything and that is very obvious because it’s a startup. They have few amazing projects which will teach you a lot. You have to take accountability to your work no one will ask anything until you are doing good work but if any escalation come from client all will point out you so be careful.

Very less employee benefits. Does not have enough leaves.

Thery really subborting us the whole lock down. Always the environment is great. In the lock down they give us different competition for motive us. Also they help us by reimbursed the network amount.

everything is too bad, they just hire and fire the employees especially the sales team Very high micro management Worst time management and leads expect to work for 12 hours a day and weekend Bad work culture Favourism as well as unethical organization and poor increament They say as flexible working hours but which is not flexible Blackmailing with the experience certificate Hire for something and have to work as something People who join there will definitely hate the it industry
