...b security. 2 weeks notice period is bad. No learning or growth opportunities. Salary is good but no appraisals,no promotion even if you work are eligible. They keep changing there mind with technology and keep forcing every one to work other wise simply realise that candidates.

- Excellent work life balance - As company is fast growing the policies are updating in a positive way and HR/Finance Team is proactively explaining about the updates and modification happened in the policies as and when requested. - Companies evaluation policy is outstanding and it helps team and an employee to grow in this fast booming IT Industry. - As company follows USD payrole it is best explained and offered by the Finance Team with 24/7 support. - As most of the companies think India as cheap and labor but, AgileEngine Management and Team India Yash, Jyothi and Stuti are humble, loyal, firendly, ready to answer any questions and treats us equally and which is why we are most happy to work with the company and give our loyal best approach to companies growth and eventually ours too.

- Company restricts us to work only for the shift hours but as we work with International Team from multiple locations we never felt to logoff on time with respect to shift. - Currently, all finance related inquiries (payroll, policies) are directed to one advisor, Yash. - While Yash is knowledgeable and helpful, relying on a single point of contact can lead to delays if he's unavailable or overloaded. - Ideally the finance team would have a large team to ensure consistent support for employee inquiries. - Eager to see AgileEngine India Office as we are bored with WeWork food and Work Space.

AgileEngine follows a real good management style and the best thing about it is that they provide opportunities to develop your personal skills along with the company's growth. The feedbacks are quite comprehensive and the mentors & managers provide you with guidance about what career path to follow as well.

Dislikes

From my experience over the time, there has been a concern about the job security. Feedback process is great and perfectly followed. However, sometimes the client's feedback takes precedence when a person should be evaluated on AgileEngine's side too.
