There is alot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but careers growth is slow there is a band of 2 years before which you can not resign. On the job training is not given to new joiners.

...y will provide 0 leads to you. Its better to be jobless than working in agile. Even they dont disbursed salary on time. It takes 2-3 months credit in your account. They dont even give credit if you brought some business to the company

No job security company growth is very poor, salary after 60 days

There is no job security, salary after 60 days, when u resign one salary of yours is with the company, no facility for staff, no PF/leaves facilities

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response.
