Working as a contract employee. Team mates are helpful and work friendly environment. But No such policy and management is not good enough.No plan for future of employee.

1. Career Growth. 2. No plan for Employee. 3. No plan to make permanent employee. 4. Project management is not good. 5. Planning should be done to start a new one.

It is a product based company. The company got a US patent for its technology which it is easy to develop an ERP application without any coding done. It is very flexible to work.

Dislikes

Work life balance is something difficult because of expecting immediate delivery and support without any time limit.

I had a good working experience in agile labs and here the colleagues are good friendly nature guys and i hope this is the good place to get onsite opportunities ,carrier wise will be good i ensure job will be secure
