Forced to work OverTime,unusually salary deduction,worse management behaviour,less manpower than the requirements, leave not granted by management,1 manpower 2 high-speed machine,threatened to terminated etc.

Poor Canteen-food is not available after 1:30PM.Quality& Quality is very low. No employee welfare, We need to depend on Head office for everything. Proper training is not there to new employees. Work load is very high. Roles and responsibilities are not defined.
