This Company has a detrimental work culture, requiring employees to work on both Saturdays and Sundays without compensation for the extra hours. Moreover, they enforce a demanding workload, often extending the workday by 2-3 hours without remuneration. Employees are subjected to mental harassment with no provision for adequate breaks. The managerial staff exhibits highly unprofessional behavior. I strongly advise against considering employment with this company.

... why I'm here writing about the consequences of my resignation from the company. I've been waiting for my salary for 4 months after resignation, yet there has been string of disappointments and unethical conduct from organization: 1. Emails regarding the salary issue have gone unanswered which leaves me feeling unheard and disrespected. 2. Organization always provide me with a false promise regarding the date of payment, which only adds frustration. 3. Lastly I discovered my calls and messages are being blocked by the HR without any valid reason or explanation. This is not personal or partisan issue of mine. I simply want my wage, which is my legal entitlement.

Favouritism followed at its peak, Trying to play :- Be someone's favourite pet is played at peak and Management (doesn't_even_require_name) even enjoys that, doesn't matter if their decisions collides with your ethical work as well. Just because of 2-3 (24x7) salivated a**_licking employees, it seems the work place is a hell.
