They recruiting people as Advisor and they told salary is 25000. But actual salary is 4500 only incluing PF and esi. They cheating emploee and giving fake promise for selling policies to customers.

I dont like few things that is while recruiting new persons to the organisations, company representative persons are giving fake commitments to the candidates in salary package Especially advisors recruitment though campus hiring.They offering 6.06 Lakh CTC P.A or 3.5 lakh in offer letter for advisor role..but it is a purely performanced based commissioned only adivisors can earn...Most of the candidates r cheating by this recruitment method... apart from this one.. IDBI federal life one of the value is transperancy, but there is no transperancy in salary details in advisors recruitment especialy campus hiring..company is good company..need to clarify the what exact benefit they will get like that...

I had been worked in Ageas federal since 2021 April to Nov 2023..it's working culture like Employee friendly Atmosphere and work life balanced.

No Dress code work life balance Hybrid (presently) Salary and bonus attractive yearly bonus is amazim

9 hours complusory sitting and bimoetric some departments are not at all good Cafeteria will make you starve for good food

...erything manual process and no increment and no promotion for branch operations. Only head office people and Kerala team will get all promotion and salary hikes
