I dont like few things that is while recruiting new persons to the organisations, company representative persons are giving fake commitments to the candidates in salary package Especially advisors recruitment though campus hiring.They offering 6.06 Lakh CTC P.A or 3.5 lakh in offer letter for advisor role..but it is a purely performanced based commissioned only adivisors can earn...Most of the candidates r cheating by this recruitment method... apart from this one.. IDBI federal life one of the value is transperancy, but there is no transperancy in salary details in advisors recruitment especialy campus hiring..company is good company..need to clarify the what exact benefit they will get like that......Read More
