Luckily I worked with friendly and supporting colleagues as well as mentors. Who not only give me motivation to work more on my weaknesses but also encouraged me in my strength and stood behind me in every ups and downs.

Dislikes

No Saturday off or half day. Even if you are late cuz of some train issue they will deduct it from your salary.

Very strict and punctual, provide proper training continuously for provide customers proper service

They are mixing service and sales to each employ so employees are not able to focus in one particular section , because we don’t know when a service call arrives so its not possible to focus on both at a time.

It was a good organization earlier , but they have invested on non competent people , wrong promotions , never trust anyone , Management like people who can butter them . Performance review is a JOKE .
