Luckily I worked with friendly and supporting colleagues as well as mentors. Who not only give me motivation to work more on my weaknesses but also encouraged me in my strength and stood behind me in every ups and downs.

No Saturday off or half day. Even if you are late cuz of some train issue they will deduct it from your salary.

Colleagues very help ful, Not very supportive during covid-19. No recongnisation for the work by management.

...re than Six months after leaving the job. All they want is to just run and work. Salary compensation is not worth.

Very strict and punctual, provide proper training continuously for provide customers proper service

They are mixing service and sales to each employ so employees are not able to focus in one particular section , because we don’t know when a service call arrives so its not possible to focus on both at a time.

Office is centrally located , Building is nice . Travel Allowances are good.

No Developement plan for employees , Poor productline. Management has no future vision or Business plan for expansion , company growth is on decline YOY . Incompetent people are occupying management seats , VP Marketing , VP Sales , NSM Sales ,Marketing team . Zonal managers of North, Kerala & Gujrat are untouchable kings in their Domain , Often overrules management decesion. Sales team is raw only knows Dumping stock to distributors . Inhouse R & D and QC dept work in their own world , no connection to real market situations. Worst organization in IVD industry . Join if you dont have any opening.
