Talking about Job security, do not expect this thing from a private company, as long as you have the required skills and the company needs you, you are there to stay, but termination can happen overnight. Work culture is decent as it is work from the home opportunity so you rarely know the in-and-out, politics within the company. just do your work in your relaxed pajamas and log out and relax at your home.

...here is nothing as such. No recreational meet-ups, no health insurance, nothing. just plain basic average salary that's it.

Travelling from My place to Secunderabad approximately 35 km with my money every month. And daily tests for teachers is time consuming and its not for working women. Compulsion with timings 4pm to 9pm for very less income.
