The compensation is usually low as per the market standards. And you don't get hike very easily as the company is new and is looking to expand. Work-life balance is average, you will have to work for 6 days a week, clocking nearly 10 hours per day. In the name of perks and allowances, you will be disappointed as there is nothing as such. Travelling from My place to Secunderabad approximately 35 km with my money every month. And daily tests for teachers is time consuming and its not for working women. Compulsion with timings 4pm to 9pm for very less income.
