What I dislike about African foundries is... Very poor salaries and they don't really appreciate workers most workers there are under contractor no management staff and the company is best company in west Nigeria

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decey but career growth is slow there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.
