Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

Time to time communication with management, employee engagement/fun activities are conducted, no pay cuts, fully supporting flexible hours, clients are also very supportive. Overall organization is stable and is perfectly managing the situation.

Existing supervisors are insecure in nature. They don't show or provide any KT to some one join their project due to their insecurity. Gets advices from your own supervisor to do less productive work in a day. 1 hour work they plan to do in 9 hours.

Job security is the best option. Testing automation is the main road map of the company.

Experience holder takes too much time to know about the project, eg: 6 months and after that they switch to other projects.

If you work as per business requirements company will pay a decent hike compare to other service based companies in Pune. It is having remote working culture so no need to commute to office. Company is being taken over by large competitor and is currently in transition. Expecting good in flow for projects

- Small projects to work upon, no stability in work or technology - You are tossed up in front of customers with irrelevant work against your skills. - You are forced to work on projects not matching your skillset. - You are only a figure to management, you're treated as an asset only if you brings up money to the account of company. - Top management is pathetic, complete micro management strategy they even screens and make a chaos of case(upper/lower) in your mails/msgs/resume. - Top management will keep inquiring about you to other colleagues and viz. basically they have politics been played around every sec in their mind.
