... like is there in this company. The company is totally fake and fraud and fake.1st they will take interview and after that that i told that u are not 100% skilled for that u have to do some training for this training 1st month no payment and next 2 month they will pay 7k after that they will send me for project. But the training is like LOL. 2nd month 11th the y pay 7k. After that 2nd month 3rd month no stipend no project they are plaining to put 3+ years experience on me and send me on client side. But no client was there they are making us fool and they will also pay nothing if u ask about payment HR manager no one no nothing. and they are telling to accecpt one more bond mail. totally fraud company.

Fraud company. no salary and fund is there in the company. if u join u can understand nothing is there manager is vanish for month. they will not give u project actually this company has no client no project

Good work environment and Flexible work culture, joined in 2023 May and got placed in client location. They provided all the facilities when I was travelling to client place for meetings all the time. Good HRMS and responsive people.

Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions
